This exciting and different cookbook features twelve tasting menus, compiling some 100 recipes, all of which have been created by chef Alan Kinsella and proved over many years. Originally from Dublin, chef ALAN KINSELLA has worked in Michelin Star restaurants all over the world. On his return to Ireland, he became chef at Locks Restaurant where he became famous for his tasting menus.
